We believe that our dedicated support service sets us aside from other email service providers. Our team pride themselves on delivering a personalised and prompt service to all Maxemail Users to ensure they feel confident in using the tools available and can continue to build campaigns that benefit their business.

Client Onboarding

Once a contract is agreed, our in-house team take all new clients through an onboarding process to tailor their Maxemail account setup. This involves software integration, custom domain and DKIM setup, any creative elements and the arrangement of introductory training. You will also be told about the fantastic telephone and email support service that’s offered to all as standard!

What Training & Support is included?

Introductory Platform Training

One of the team will schedule a training session to run through the extensive range of tools and features available to you in Maxemail by Xtremepush. This is usually carried out via the telephone using an online presentation, but an on-site training session can also be arranged for those who need it.

On-going Telephone and Email Support

Maxemail by Xtremepushl clients will work with a single point of contact, when possible, from our first-line support team should you need help using the tools within the platform. Our second-line support team will be on standby to assist with any technical issues or requirements.
